How do I cancel Stadivox Pro?

On iPhone or iPad, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Stadivox, or tap Manage subscription in the app's Settings. On Apple TV, go to Settings › Users and Accounts › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

I subscribed on another device. How do I get Pro here?

Sign in with the same Apple Account and tap Restore purchases in the app's Settings. One subscription works on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV.

I don't get notifications

Check that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings › Notifications › Stadivox. Also check that the match or team is followed (star or bell), and that quiet hours and spoiler mode are off.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are handled by Apple. Ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
